you and KonnectU Solutions Limited governing your access to the
website, apps, and digital service features (collectively, the
“Platform”).
Acceptable Use & Responsibility
You agree to use KonnectU only for lawful purposes. You are solely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials. Any contract for services is entered into strictly
between the Customer and the Service Provider; KonnectU acts as an
independent marketplace and is not a party to your contractual
service arrangements.

Service Provider Guidelines
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Guidelines apply to every artisan, tradesperson, or corporate
business listing services on the Platform.
1. Onboarding & Verification
-
Providers must present accurate identification, credentials,
licences, or trade certifications.
-
KonnectU reserves the right to decline, suspend, or revoke
registration if profiles are found misleading.
2. Pricing & Professional Conduct
-
Deceptive "bait pricing" is prohibited; cost adjustments must be
agreed upon with the client explicitly.
-
Do not solicit customers outside the platform to avoid service
fees; circumventing the engine is cause for immediate account
suspension.
-
Independent Contractor Status: No employment, agency, or
partnership relationship is created.
Customer Guidelines
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Customer Guidelines apply to every individual or business
using the KonnectU Platform to find, request, or book Services.
1. Submitting Accurate Service Requests
Describe the service you need cleanly and completely, including
scope, location, and timing. Update your requests promptly if
requirements shift prior to booking confirmation.
2. Choosing a Service Provider
Review the professional's verification badges, community ratings,
and historical logs before executing a booking. KonnectU facilitates
introductions but does not supervise or guarantee work.
3. Off-Platform Circumvention Prohibited
All payments for services originated on KonnectU must flow through
our designated channels. Paying a service provider directly via cash
or external bank transfers removes all layout protections under our
Refund Policy, violates the Terms of Use, and may result in account
termination.
Review Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Eligibility Bounds
Only customers and service providers who have completed an official
transaction booking via KonnectU are permitted to leave feedback
reviews. Reviews must reflect a genuine service interaction.
2. Content Restrictions
Reviews must not contain false claims, defamatory or abusive
language, private user numbers/addresses, or promotional links.
Reviews submitted in exchange for cash incentives, discounts, or
retaliatory measures will be purged. Manipulation of review
parameters is a direct violation of the Community Guidelines.
Safety Disclaimer
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Your safety matters. KonnectU connects users with independent
providers, but we do not supervise, accompany, or control in-person
service appointments. All interactions are undertaken at the users'
own risk.
1. Verification Limits
A "Verified" badge indicates that KonnectU has checked specific
identity documentation at a point in time. It does not guarantee a
provider's character, competency, or absolute ongoing safety.
2. Emergencies
KonnectU is not an emergency response dispatch service. If you are
in immediate danger, contact the Nigeria Police Force or local
emergency channels directly before contacting our team. Report
downstream issues to support@konnectusolutions.com.

security configurations) cannot be disabled while an account remains
active.
Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Technical Framework Bounds
KonnectU functions as a direct marketplace; however, we protect
transactional integrity via our Dispute Panel. If a delivered
service is proven unsatisfactory and fails to meet project
specifications, the following rules apply:
-
The provider is given 48 hours to execute necessary revisions.
-
If revisions fail or are rejected, clients can claim a refund of
up to 70% of the base service cost.
-
The remaining 30% is retained to account for the
independent provider's baseline material execution time and labor.
2. Non-Refundable Items
KonnectU platform service fees (10% of total transaction values) are
strictly non-refundable as they maintain engine transaction security
pipelines. Completed, finalized assignments are ineligible for
dispute processing once the review window elapses.
